For one of our clients, a law firm located in Luxembourg City Center, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a

Team Assistant Fr-Eng (M/F)

Your tasks:

Assisting the team in the daily work:

• Preparing correspondence (for clients and/or other parties) and performing other administrative tasks (documents compilation, compare versions, conversion of documents, lay-out and formatting of documents)

• Update calendars and schedule meetings for three Partners.

• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails.

• Arranging travels and meetings.

• Draft various types of legal documents.

• Assist on a day-to-day basis the team and three partners.

• Managing legal documentation (including scanning, printing, archiving and database maintenance)

Required profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree in administration.


• You have a first similar experience


• You are fluent in spoken and written English and French. German is considered as an asset.


• You have excellent organisational skills and solid IT skills.


• You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• You are autonomous, dynamic you have an eye for details.


This is a great opportunity for a temporary contract (initial 1 month contract + extension) with possible CDI afterwards


Salary: 3300€-3500€, depending on experience
