For one of our clients, an industrial company located in Luxembourg-Strassen, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a
Customer Service Representative English/Dutch/French (M/F)
Your tasks:
• Follow up orders from quotation to payment in a timely and efficient manner, for all customers
• Raise orders and for machines projects / process invoices for staged payment deliveries.
• Handle contracts setup/update, liaise with legal/management/commercial dept.
• Monitor call off, stock orders, allocations, consignment stock
• Set up / update / communicate price lists & pricing structure to customers
• Follow all procedures related to discount / rebates contracts.
• Manage customers’ expectations in term of lead times and pro-actively chasing up backorder items
• Deal with any customer queries (late deliveries, faulty goods, stock discrepancies etc )
• Provide customers with requests for datasheets, account creation etc
• Pass on any inquiries beyond their remit to internal sales / external sales / project sales etc
• Follow MR (material return process) for material (defective, wrong deliveries……)
• Raise any credit notes for material returns / price discrepancies
• Co-ordinate and monitor order fulfillment (logistic, production, finance, …)
• Set up new accounts / send customer credit application forms
• Take full responsibility for certain agreed accounts.
• Monitor the completion of customer’s questionnaires.
Required profile
Ideally a bachelor's degree + 2 years of experiences in a similar position
Fluent in Dutch, English and French is mandatory
Customer oriented
Resilience
Professional phone manner.
Autonomous, organized, motivated and team orientated.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
ERP and Crm experience
Outstanding internal & external communication
Good knowledge and competency with Windows environment,
Interest for technical equipment,
Ability to solve problems
This is an opportunity for a temporary contract leading to a CDI, to start ASAP
Salary: depending on profiles and experience (3300-4000€ gross)
